Part II Of My Chatters Masterclass Series

Updated: Mar 31, 2023

A lazy or unreliable chatter will suck the life out of your page or your agency.

And turnover will create even more work for you!

So think about this... and all the times you've been disappointed by your chatter's sales…

I had the owner of another talent agency tell me one time that his chatters just weren't engaging with the fans on a personal level, nor were they making him much money.

So he hired one of my chatters and then got busy with the other tasks of running his business. He'd practically forgotten about his new worker until he heard the ping of his phone and noticed that the chatter had logged out for the day.

They'd also reported their sales from their 8hr shift: $1,172. At first, the owner thought it must be a mistake—maybe the decimal point was in the wrong place. But then the sales kept coming in at around the thousand $ mark each day.

By the end of the month, the creator's sales had gone from $10k/mo to around $50k/mo. If he hadn't seen it for himself, he wouldn't have even believed it.

This is what's possible with our chatters. We go through hundreds of resumes, interview, vet, and train hardworking, loyal, talented people who strive to make you happy each day. It's a win/win for everyone involved.

As an entrepreneur, you should think long term. Hire someone—whether part-time or full-time—who's going to stick with you for a long time. Be sure to praise them and they will continue to work hard for you and grow your business.

I promise.
