Full management vs. running your page yourself.
Your main goal in having a page is to change your lifestyle, right? But how do you do that? You do it by offloading your work to other people.
I know, I know... you can run your page yourself. You built your page step by step by learning the hard way with your sweat and tears. If you didn't know what you were doing, you wouldn't be at the point now where you qualify for full management.
In other words, you know what you're about to hire other people to do. Hiring people to do things you don’t know how to do just creates more work for yourself, because then you have your current work to manage on top of trying to trust a process you don’t understand.
But if you hire people to do things you DO know how to do:
You get your life back
You get the work done
You make even more money
For example, you know how to connect with your fans, therefore you know whether the chatters your management has hired are connecting with your fans. Only then will you be able to let go of the process and trust your management.
There are requirements for full management that must be met before a team will take over your page, but once you've met them, hire a team that you trust and get your life back. You've worked hard and you deserve it.
You also deserve the money they're about to make you.
